A Pitcher and A Pie
When one thinks of Lou Malnati’s the first image that pops in your head is classic Chicago deep dish pizza.
Not quite feeling the deep dish, we decide a thin crust was the perfect companion to our Pitcher of 312 and a house salad. Lou Malnati’s in the Gold Coast takes the traditional pitcher and pie to a higher level. The friendly staff and upscale decor makes this a great spot for a casual dinner. Perfect for both families and couples the restaurant is a solid experience.
Next time however I will remember what made Lou famous – Deep Dish. Although good the thin crust wasn’t great. With that said I will be back.
